The African Union Commission’s Department of Political Affairs, Peace and Security (PAPS), in partnership with the AGA-APSA Platform and the Government of the Republic of Ghana, is pleased to announce the 13th Biennial High-Level Dialogue (HLD) on Democracy, Human Rights, Governance, Peace and Security, taking place end of July 2025 in Accra, Ghana, along with dedicated pre-events on youth and gender.
