Africa Continues to Pay the Cost of Transnational Crime - ACM Interview with Eric Pelser - Interviews with Experts - Informed Insights

Cross-border traffic in drugs and weapons are also deadly transnational crimes, and poaching that crosses countries' borders is decimating Africa's wildlife heritage. ACM discussed these issues with Eric Pelser of the Institute for Security Studies (ISS), who heads the ENACT Programme at ISS which assists African countries to boost their capacity to deal with transnational organised crime.
