Addis Ababa, 19 May 2025 — The Africa Platform on Children Affected by Armed Conflicts (AP-CAAC) is pleased to announce that H.E. Ambassador Rebecca Amuge Otengo, Ambassador of the Republic of Uganda to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative to the African Union (AU), has accepted to serve as Co-Chair of the Platform. She will serve alongside the African Union Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security, H.E. Ambassador Bankole Adeoye, as Co-Chairs of AP-CAAC.
