6 August, 2026 – As a continuation of the first round of exploratory consultations held in Addis Ababa in June, the Quintet (African Union, IGAD, League of Arab States, European Union and United Nations) is sustaining dialogue with Sudanese stakeholders while carefully reviewing the proposals and perspectives shared during the 3-5 June consultations.
