Abstract:

Civil wars in Africa continue to inflict enormous damage on African economies and habitats and to exert a huge negative impact on the development of the continent's human resources. To ensure a successful transition to peace in Africa a set of political and institutional reforms, economic policies and military strategies at national, regional and international levels are recommended in this paper.
