The Effect of Quality Management Practices on Strategic Agility of the Egyptian Banking Sector 

This research's main objective is to examine the effect of quality management practices on strategic agility in the Egyptian banking sector and analyzing the experience moderating role in this relationship. The researcher used a quantitative method for this study where 460 questionnaires were distributed among 25 Egyptian banks. The results of the analysis showed that quality management practices significantly affect Egyptian banks' abilities to use strategic agility.|In relation to its moderating effect, the level of experience positively and significantly affects the relationship between the Egyptian banks' quality management practices and their strategic agility. The top management in the Egyptian banking sector should continue to prioritize their efforts on quality management practices so that their banks can achieve organizational agility.
