Freedman and L. de Heusch.- An analysis, based upon Rwanda materials, of the different ways to infuse historical reality into theoretical fantasies. Two recent essays in ethno-history are considered in a skeptical light insofar as they do not conform to the objectivity rules that historians are used to follow in this, and other fields.
