Abstract:
This Article begins by identifying three basic ways of thinking about rights beyond borders. It then uses this framework to analyze jurisprudence on the extraterritorial application of domestic rights in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, three countries whose legal systems share a common historical origin.
