Smith and Thomas - A Case in Book on Contract.

Now in its tenth edition, Smith & Thomas has been regarded as the leading casebook on the law of contract by generations of students. It is also useful as a quick reference source for practitioners. The new edition follows the well-tested pattern of it's predecessors, in providing substantial extracts from cases, linked by notes, problems and questions, together with the relevant statutes. There is more emphasis on the relationship between contract and tort, including a leading case on contributory negligence in contract.
