Strategic action plan for implementation of the AfricaInfo database initiative 2011-2015

Over the last few years, the African Union Commission (AUC), the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) have been coordinating their efforts in order to continuously strengthen statistical capacities in African countries and the development of statistics on the continent. One of the areas of focus in this national capacity building is the adoption of appropriate technological solutions for the management and dissemination of statistical data.
