Abstract:

The study seeks to explore the relationship between sustainable production and market performance and how supply-side collaboration can moderate the relationship. The structural equation model was used to analyze 120 manufacturing firms drawn from the various subsectors of the manufacturing industry in Ghana. The findings indicate that sustainable production practices have a posiive effect on the market performance of manufacturing firms. Also, supply-side collaboration was found to have a positive influence on market performance and a significant moderating effect on the relationship between sustainable production and market performance. The study indicates a significant contribution of supply-side collaboration on sustainable production will have an increased effect on market performance.
