Abstract: 

The article focuses on the dialogue diplomacy between an Ivorian delegation and the government of South Africa between 1960 to 1978. The author discusses the role of transnational politics in the anti-apartheid movement, explores the political views of Ivory Coast president Felix Houphouet-Boigny, and examines the mission of Ivory Coast Minister of Information Laurent Dona Fologo.
